Dr. Lucas Soeken

Born in the windy city of Dodge, Dr. Lucas Soeken was the son of a Kansas farmer. That farmer moved his family to BrenhamĀ Texas where Soeken grew up before finding his way to Salt Lake City in his early twenties.
From childhood, Soeken was an artist, after receiving anĀ associateā€™s degree in science from the LDS Business College heĀ followed that talent to become a graphic designer. Soon after, he married Alisha the daughter of a unicycle-riding attorney andĀ together moved back to Texas.
Soeken developed an appreciation for physical activity and its ability to heal as he worked toward his black belt in Wing ChunĀ and helped his wife after her diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
Dr. Soeken went back to school, receiving a Bachelorā€™s of Science degree in Kinesiology and was honored on the presidentsā€™ list at the University of North Texas. At Texas Womanā€™s University, he completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and began practicing after moving back to Utah in 2010.
Dr. Soeken is experienced in treating post-acute care populations with a diverse range of symptoms from knee surgeries to complex neurological disorders. He remains a patient favorite due to his genuine care, his simple no gimmick treating style and sense of humor.
